Information we collect
When you create an account, we process information such as your name, email address, account preferences, and subscription status. We also store the links, campaigns, pages, domains, and API keys that you create.
For analytics and security, we may process redirect activity such as click time, IP address, device, browser, referrer, and approximate location. Guest links can be created without an account and are automatically deleted after expiration.
How we use information
We use collected information to operate redirects, provide analytics, manage subscriptions, detect abuse, secure accounts, deliver notifications, and respond to support requests.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Do not send passwords, API keys, or card details through the contact form.
Retention and deletion
Account data remains available while your account is active. You can delete your account from dashboard settings. Guest links expire within seven days and are removed automatically.
Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Service providers
Smart Link may use service providers such as Stripe for billing, Resend for email delivery, and hosting or database providers required to operate the platform.
Your choices
You can update account preferences, notification settings, API security controls, and QR defaults from the dashboard. Contact us with privacy questions or account-data requests.
